Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 2026
We want every business owner and office manager to be able to use this site, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. Technology Crossing IT Solution (TCIS) is committed to making our website accessible, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a checkbox.
Our standard
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content usable for people with a wide range of visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive needs, and they are the standard we measure this site against.
What we do to get there
We build pages with clear headings and a logical reading order, write descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, keep color contrast readable, and make sure forms, buttons, and menus work with a keyboard alone as well as with a mouse.
We review the site with automated accessibility checks and manual testing as part of our regular updates, and we fix issues we find rather than letting them accumulate.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet meet every guideline. For example, older documents or third-party embedded content may be harder to use with assistive technology. When we find these gaps, we work to fix them or provide the same information in an accessible way.
If you run into something that does not work for you, we would genuinely like to know. Real reports from real visitors are the fastest way for us to find problems.
Report a barrier
If any part of this site is difficult to use with your assistive technology, or you need information from a page in another format, contact us. Call (833) 879-3021, available in English or Spanish, or send a note through our contact form and mention the page you had trouble with. We reply the same business day, and a real person on our Dallas team will make sure you get what you came for.
